All content in our apps, including but not limited to:

• Music, sound effects, and audio content
• Game mechanics and software code
• Text, storylines, and character designs

Are owned by Karky and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage
• App availability may vary by region
• Features may be modified or discontinued

In no event shall Karky be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our apps.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
